DIY: Subwoofer Box @ Honda BR-V

Main Materials:

  • Subwoofer Kenwood WPS 1000 (need 17 liter box volume)
  • MDF 18mm
  • Flux 14AWG 4 meter
  • MBTech Rider 1 meter

Main Tools:

  • Jigsaw
  • Sander

Howto:

  • Make template using cardboard, 17 litres inner volume
  • Cut MDF, assembly using screws
  • Sealed with putty
  • Sanded

  • Testing & fitting
  • Preparing subwoofer cover
  • Covering box
  • Done
