I just realized that the latest DTA has a speed limiter! Gonna useful if you’re using community network to leech any huge files from the Internet. My office bandwidth is only 1Mbps (approx 100KBps). If I set to “unlimited” others will have difficulties opening anything. Pretty fair if I hog half of it for downloading “community needs” files… Hah!
