Okay, another note for my self and probaby useful for others as well. I’ve successfully clone HDD with Windows Server 2008 using GParted. After copying all partitions, set the first partition boot flag, put the new HDD into the system, then boot using Windows Server media installation. Go into command prompt mode, and run x:\Sources\Recovery\StartRep.Exe. Done.
